Installation teams management:

• The teams are fully equipped with installation tools and onsite machinery.
• Each team consists of one site engineer and 5 skilled and 2 semi skilled technicians;
• Team's locations: 7 in Bangalore, 2 in Hyderabad, 1 in Chennai, 1 in Mumbai;
• Depending upon the number of sites and speed of installation required, additional teams are augmented from Bangalore to various cities;
• Overall installation is coordinated and maintained by installation engineers at each location and a senior installation manager at Bangalore;
• Dedicated transport for delivery directly to the sites with our own fleet of trucks;
• Daily inspection reports are sent by email to Bangalore to react and control installation requirements.

It manufactures about 20'000 chairs and 3400 workstations per month and 35 percent of the production is sold through its retail outlets.
